Enter a table — Session 1
Type the table number and press Enter (or tap the table) to fill in its players. Then type each score and press Enter; after the last one it saves.
Session 1 progress
Still missing — tap a name to add it to the table.
Just saved
Undo puts back whatever was there before.
- Nothing saved yet.
Tap a name as each player arrives. Once anyone is checked in, Shuffle session 1 only seats checked-in players.
Didn't show up?
Marks everyone who isn't checked in as absent for the selected session, so they're left out of seating and scoring.
Make seating
Session 1 is shuffled at random, keeping Stays East players and keep-apart pairs. Every later session follows the movement from the session before it:
“Up” is the next higher table number; past the last table, players wrap around to table 1.
Print seating
Downloads an Excel file with two lists per session: by table, and by name A to Z, ready to print and post at the door.
Player scoresheets
Your Mahjongg score card, one per player for each round, filled in with their name, number, table and wind. Print each player's rounds together, or by table to hand out a table at a time.
Paste a seating chart
Already have one? Paste it for the session picked above: table number then the player IDs, one table per line, straight from Excel.
Clear this session
Removes the seating chart for the selected session only. Scores aren't touched.
Start a new scoresheet
Opens a completely blank scoresheet with no players, scores or seating. The scoresheet you have open now is kept, and you can reopen it from the list. Your saved players stay ready to add to the new roster.

Add a player
Start typing a name. Returning players come up as you type. The next open ID is filled in for you; change it to match their score sheet if needed.
Everyone playing in this tournament. Newest additions are highlighted. Remove takes them off this tournament only; they stay in your saved players.
Saved players
Everyone who has been on a roster here. Names stay saved when you start a new tournament, so returning players are one tap to add.
Tournament
Shown under Mahjongg Scorekeeper and on the Excel export. Change it for each new event.
Export to Excel
Same columns as your scoring spreadsheet: Place, ID, Name, each session, Total — sorted by place.
Keep apart
Pairs who should never sit at the same table, like spouses or close friends. Seating shuffles keep them apart, and the Seating tab warns you if they end up together.
Paste a roster
Paste from Excel, one player per line: ID then name, or just names and IDs are given out for you. Existing IDs get their name updated; scores are kept.
Reset this scoresheet
For a new tournament, use + New scoresheet instead; it keeps this one. To wipe this scoresheet, type CLEAR, then pick one. Saved players are never erased.
